Using chiller to temper WSHP loop

Can anyone share how to use chiller that supplies 44F to temper WSHP loop to operate at 85F? I have used the following configuration and cannot get intended temperatures.

At the main WSHP loop- image description Here is HX config image description At the primary cooling loop- image description

In real life, a tempering valve would accomplish this, but as I understand that tempering valve is not a solution for such situations in open studio/energy plus.

Why not use a cooling tower to do the cooling in this case? EnergyPlus allows plant loops of type "cooling","heating", or "condenser". In your loop now you're doing both heating and cooling at the same time on the same loop. When you use a cooling tower you would not need the chiller loop anymore.

Khaddad, I need to use a chiller(~air to water heat pump) for this scenario. I am using manufacturer data to create performance of an Air to water heat pump based on PLR, COP and LWT. I believe this is not possible with tweaking performance of a cooling tower to replicate this piece of equipment and chiller comes close to this. The loop is designed to have chiller inject 44F to target 85F loop temperature.
