FanCoilAutoSize.idf example not working in Hong Kong

Can somebody help?? I am trying to get the EP example file "FanCoilAutoSize.idf" running in Hong Kong. But simply changing the EPW, location, and design conditions seems to break the model.

As you can see (https://pasteboard.co/JfC8EZ1.png) the FCU fails to control temperature in HK

I would upload the IDF files but don't have enough "points"

Basically I changed this:
