Changing Subsurface back to Surface in OpenStudio

I was deleting previously modeled doors in my OpenStudio SketchUp model to make new ones. While deleting boundary lines of one of the door, my wall surface turned into a door(subsurface to surface). How do I change it back to a wall? I tried changing the construction of the now subsurface in OpenStudio, but it only allows me to change the now door to glass door, fixed window. Pls help.

Thanks

Add on: Infact one of the door on the surface is now labelled by OpenStudio as a wall, while the actual wall is assumed to be a door.

OpenStudio doesn't let you switch a sub-surface to a base surface, you can only switch a base surface to other kinds of base surfaces, or a sub-surface to other kinds of sub-surfaces.

When you delete lines in SketchUp it automatically merges the two surfaces, and it isn't always predictable which surfaces is left. The easiest solution to your problem is to select the surface in the SketchUp plugin, and delete it. Then re-draw using the line tool one of the edges where the surface was. It will re-draw a new face and OpenStudio should properly classify it

Hi David Thank you for your answer May I follow up with you about how to switch surface to subsurface; I was planning to draw a window in the surface area but after I have done that, it shows up as another surface instead of a window. Thank you
