When i run idf file in EP launch program it doesnot generate any output file other than err , i also try to make set but doesnot work
I am using designbuilder for making idf file and using energyplus v 9.3.0 while designbuilder has v 8.9.0 so i use version updater for this purpose the question here is "When i run idf file in EP launch program it doesnot generate any output file other than err , i also try to make set but doesnot work" kindly tell the solution

And what does it say inside the err file?
that is simple err file containing record of warning,fatal error
