Open Studio Continues to delete all my work.

I have posted the video here of Open studio deleting all my work. At the end it crashes and deletes all the files including floorplan.json. The files don't even go to the recycle bin so they are completely gone. This is the second time i've had to start over. Can someone please tell me why it's doing this and what to do about it?

@TheEnergyTutor sorry that is happening, I see the unhandled exception crash at the end of the video when you click save. Just to give me a few more details. Did you dismiss that by choosing "Close" or "Relaunch"? Also was it only the FloorSpace.JS file that was missing or were other files or the OSM missing. Is there anything special about where you are saving, is there a cloud backup of this location?

The OSM remains but the entire folder with the same name gets deleted. It's on my personal computer which I am an administrator. I did save it prior in the middle of the video and it worked fine but even that work was lost now that it deleted it. I picked close, not relaunch.

I added another video that might provide more detail of this issue at the 5:10 mark on This URL

First of all your tutorials are really great, thanks for your effort! Second, that really sucks! I wonder if some other application (likely anti virus or something like that) is locking files on your computer? It would be good to try disabling those types of applications and see if that helps. Also, I'd make a habit of copying your entire project off after successful saves so you have a backup. If you hit this again, you can send me an email (link in bio) and I can try to reproduce.

Finally, if you go to Help->About and then show details you will see the path to the OpenStudio Temp directory. It is possible some of your old work is still there.
