I'm having the opposite problem of a lot of the other posts I've seen. My waterside economizer is working perfectly, but the chillers aren't turning on at all, so on the warmer days the temperatures are getting way too high. Is there a way to get this working without getting in to the EMS? I'm using CoolingSetpointModulated as the control, would there be a better option? Thanks!
