I know the supply fan power parameters for a Parallel PIU System in DOE2.3. I have the values 'SUPPLY-KW/FLOW' and 'RETURN-KW/FLOW' for both supply fan and return fans in the system. These values are meant to be the design full-load powers of the supply/return fan per unit of supply/return airflow rate

I am using HVACTemplate:System:PackagedVAV and HVACTemplate:Zone:VAV:FanPowered objects to model the PIU system available in DOE2.3 *.inp file.

Where do I enter the 'SUPPLY-KW/FLOW' and 'RETURN-KW/FLOW' in the HVAC template objects? Are they related to the fields Supply Fan Maximum Flow Rate or Cooling Coil capacity?
