What is the typical/common material to be used for the shaded window (first 2 rows of windows in the figure below)?
P.S: The shaded window does not mean it is shaded by a shading device rather it is a kind of coated window.

This tutorial might help you. It is for OpenStudio but the same concepts apply in EnergyPlus.
If that's from an architectural drawing it looks like frit glazing used in the spandrel portion of a curtainwall/storefront assembly. In lieu of project-specific specifications you could simply choose a manufacturer and product and then use their data. LBNL's Window software is also helpful for calculating the overall assembly performance for windows. The most recent project I worked on spec'd Kawneer products.
