Error while opening idf file from OS using energyplus

I am trying to model water-cooled VRF systems, I have modeled everything using OpenStudio, but since the connection to the water loop is not yet implemented in the openstudio app I am the approach suggested by @Bo_Lin here, but when I try to open the IDF in energyplus 9.2 I get the following for several objects. image description But when I open the IDF in a text editor y don´t see anything unusual (i am quite inexperienced in energyplus tho). And if I just ignore the warnings and try to follow the rest of the method for water loop connections when simulating I get the following error.

Can anyone please help me solve this?

I am attaching the IDF file here

Try removing the # and & characters from object names.

Hello @mdahlhausen,

Thanks for your response, I deleted all of the & and & characters, but the error remains. Could there be something else I am missing? I am attaching the corrected idf. here

The issue is almost certainly that IDF Editor is expecting a shorter object (fewer fields) than what OpenStudio has produced. EnergyPlus will still run fine, but you'll need to make some changes to the Energy+.idd file (in the directory where you installed EnergyPlus) in order for IDF Editor to accept your model. See the answer to this question for the details on that: How do I fix IDF Editor "too many fields" error?
