AedgK12 Hvac Dual Duct Doas generates single duct system instead of dual duct?

I just tried the AedgK12HvacDualDuctDoas measure from https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/39799 on a commercial building model that replaced all the existing HVAC system that was using a dual duct system with a single duct system. The outcome is as below which is a single duct with VAV boxes. Am I missing something? @David Goldwasser image description I was expecting something like this: link text
