I am trying to use GenOpt to identify parameters of a RC model based on an energy plus model. In order to do that, I created my RC model in Matlab and exported it as a FMU. I want to import it into EP and use some custom values for R and C parameters as inputs. These values would then be my optimization variables in GenOpt.

How can I create custom parameters in EnergyPlus ?
