How can I convert .csv file to an .epw or .tmy2 file

Hello,

I have weather data in a csv format with the columns: Date/Hour/Temperature/Relative Humidity/ wind Speed at 10 m/wind direction at 10m/ DNI /GHI / DIF.

I want to convert the file in a readable format for SAM (System Avisor Model).

Apparently, SAM Needs weather files in TMY2 or EPW Format.

I wanted to know hoy can I convert my data into this format
