Finding a different heating load in Energyplus

Hello, I did a simulation for GSHP system in Energyplus, but there are something that I couldn't understand, the heating and cooling loads in peak with the GSHP system is too much different from the ones that I already found with ideal HVAC template. As an example, the heating load in peak were found around 75KW/h , and 78 KW/h with using 2 templates but with GSHP system(I did the same way with the example files of Energyplus for simulation ) was found 37KW/h. (Material ,building ,..,etc are the same).I'll be appreciated if anybody could help me. Thank you

Are you sure you aren't comparing GSHP energy consumption to Ideal HVAC loads? What output variables are you looking at?

Yes, I'm not comparing them, I checked all of the steps.I'm looking for "heating energy transfer" in meter output. Actually what I did it was, selecting one of the examples from 'Enegyplus examples related to GSHP",and changing building,materials..etc.I connected my building to HVAC system of the example .Even the number of zones of my building are the same with the zones of example.
