PAT 2.9 not savings .sql files

In OpenStudio 2.7 and before editing the "output_adapter.rb" file located here

C:\openstudio-2.9.0\pat\OpenStudio-server\gems\gems\openstudio-workflow1.3.3\lib\openstudio\workflow\adapters

would allow PAT to save the .sql file in the local results datapoint.zip file regardless of the size. Editing this file in OpenStudio 2.9 still does not allow the .sql file to be saved. What needs to be editing in 2.9 to allow PAT to save the .sql file regardless of size?
