Lowering temperature for usage of low temperature radiant systems

I am currently working on a simple task in EPlus and was wondering how to reach/get the temperature I need in my HVAC Loop. It's just a fictional task I was wondering about. On the supply side I will either use a boiler for hot water or the waterheater:mixed object. On the demand side I want to use a baseboard convective heater with temperature of 70 °C and a low temperature radiant system with about 30 °C. How do I get to the 30 °C I need. Is there a good way to make this without implementing another loop (just by "mixing" in some cold water :D) and if yes what do I need for it? The ideas I have till now are always leading to another "supply loop".

Any help is appreciated :)

Greetings

Eko

How do you plan to achieve this in real life is the question.

As I said it's just fictional. If you want to achieve this in real life you probably have to use a stratified tank. But I wanted to see if there is a "simple" way, just by mixing in some cold water and getting the temperature I need.

Maybe some kind of 3-way valve? Mixing with cold water may be a waste of energy.
