Server error in 2.8.0 PAT
When I use the PAT tool, it has a server error. This situation appears in all the computers in our department lab.

The computers in your department lab may have restrictions for starting a local server on the machine, and limitations on making virtual machines as well though that shouldn't impact starting a local server. Check with your IT department or use a different machine.
