EnergyPlus version transition Rules 9.1 to 9.2 [closed]

I downloaded the new EnergyPlus 9.2 version and I can't find the file called "Rules9-1-to-9-2.md" that used to come with the older versions. This file was really useful since it explained all the objects with changes in the IDF file. I haven't found any other file with similar information.

Do you know if this file is available anywhere else, or if is there any other place where these rules can be looked at? Thank you
