why ZoneHVAC:OutdoorAirUnit "Zone Outdoor Air Unit Total Heating Rate" output is not equal to its "Heating Coil Heating Rate" ?

I have an ZoneHVAC:OutdoorAirUnit with two coil only (heating dx and cooling dx). The output "Zone Outdoor Air Unit Total Heating Rate" != "Heating Coil Heating Rate" It is normal ?

It seems that the coil rate is the correct rate to take into account for system rate
