energyplus delete whole class

I am a newcomer to using energyplus. Is there any way to delete the energyplus whole class together instead of a single object? thank you all

Is this while using IDF Editor?

I am using energyplus launch. Do you mean using another tool (idf editor)?

To edit a file in IDF Editor from EP-Launch press the "Edit IDF Editor" button on the right below the file name.

In IDF Editor, select multiple columns by clicking on the first column and then holding the shift key down and click on the the last column. At that point, press the "Del Obj" button.

I try it，but it also just can delete only one object one time. My version is energyplus8.4.

The IDF Editor that came with EnergyPlus 8.4 did not have the feature of being able to delete a group of objects. If you install a new version of EnergyPlus and copy the IDFEditor.exe from the new version over the old version, it should work.
