how to model two fluid-to-fluid heat exchangers in series?

Hello.

I am trying to model the heating system with solar collector.

There are two fluid-to-fluid heat exchangers in series, refer to the drawings. (you can see the schematic of the system in the img link above)

Is it possible in DesignBuilder of EnergyPlus?

I have tried for the modelling using DesignBuilder and EnergyPlus, but I need some hints for that.

It looks like both heat exchangers are connected to the same hot water tank, named "Thermal Storage Tank 1" in the schematic. Is that the case, or are there two separate thermal storage tanks?

Oh there is a mistyping. The two tanks are different tanks. It is 'Tank 2' that on the right side. Yes, there are two separate thermal storage tanks(Tank 1 remains at higher temperature, relatively).
