Are other benchmarks or reference homes available in BEopt besides B10 (i.e., IECC2009)?

I would like to find some older vintage benchmarks or reference home to run.

No, you will have to create a user-defined reference for these reference types.

Though note the language from the Building America House Simulation Protocols that explains that the B10 Benchmark is largely based on IECC 2009:

Since 2010, this reference building has been called the “B10 Benchmark” (or “Benchmark” in this document) because this reference building is generally consistent with the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code (ICC 2009), hereafter referred to as “IECC,” with additional definitions that enable the analyst to evaluate all residential end uses consistent with typical homes built in 2010.

Also note that in BEopt, you can choose the B10 Benchmark and then switch to "User-defined" and the B10 options will remain selected so that you can make further changes relative to it.
