I am wondering whether there is a way to specify chiller condenser leaving temperature in HVACTemplate.
For other setpoint (evaporator inlet/outlet temperature and condenser inlet temperature), I can find in HVACTemplate:Plant:ChilledWaterLoop as shown below. (If my understanding is correct...)
