how to calculate the shade that a surface creates

Hello i m trying to calculate shading on the south face of a building, that is being created from a side building and also from the building itself. how is this possible?

Hello,

You can use Ladybug tools for radiation studies and shading impact. It uses rhino- grasshopper as graphical interface. https://www.ladybug.tools/
