Why cooling loads appear during the cold months ? Heating/Cooling loads using E+

I am simulating a residential building (80 m2) using Energy-Plus to determine the Heating/Cooling loads through a typical meteorological year. for this purpose, I am using a simple HVAC with Zone control:Thermostat object. So, the aim is to predict the District:Cooling and District:Heating. Indeed, we now that cold months usually require heating loads only. however, as we look at the figure bellow, there are cooling loads in all months of the year. Any help !!!!!

The winter building loads are impacted by the under-slab ground temperatures and whether or not the simulation considers infiltration. Without these (offsetting) loads, internal gains can cause the need for cooling in winter.

Mr Richard Raustad, thanks a lot for your prompt response. In my silumation, I used an infltration of about 0.5 Air-changer/hour. In this case, we can say that the results are reasonable.
