Modeling PCM in EP and its thermal conductance

In EnergyPlus, in the MaterialProperty:PhaseChange (MP:PC) module, we are able to set a coefficient for a linear thermal conductivity.

In the MaterialProperty:VariableThermalConductivity (MP:VTC) module we are able to set a more detailed thermal conductivity graph.

My question is, would the MP:VTC take precedence over the MP:PC module to determine what the conductivity of a PCM is at any particular temperature?

Is the MP:PC conductivity field ignored if there is a variable conductivity specified and linked to the same PCM?

I was just looking into this, and yes, MP:VTC does take precedence over MP:PC to determine the conductivity of a PCM. This is mentioned in the Energyplus.idd file. Hopefully you have already found this out, but including this answer here just in case, for future reference.
