ASHRAE 90.1-2013 baseline in Designbuilder
Can the 90.1-2010 baseline inputs be modified so that a 90.2-2013 baseline can be created?

Yes, both the baseline building and HVAC model data can be modified to meet 90.1 2013. There is an extensive LEED and ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G User Guide downloadable from the Program Help here: https://designbuilder.co.uk/helpv6.0/...
