Modeling heat pump rejection to the exhaust air stream
I am looking for a way to model (OpenStudio or EnergyPlus) a heat pump that acts as a HRV in cold conditions by having the evaporator sit in the exhaust stream. Thereby warming the supply air while cooling the exhaust air. Minotair is the name of the specific unit we're interested in analyzing.
Any thoughts?

I have almost the same necessity. I have a rooftop AHU that can provide cooling or heating with an air to air heat pump that on the condenser side have the exhaust air stream (temperature is more stable than outdoor air). It is a Clivet Zephir 3
