CIE Overcast in Openstudio - Radiance

Four years ago nfonner asked for creating a CIE Overcast in Openstudio - Radiance:

There hasn't been funding for Radiance in OpenStudio for a while now, so no. Sorry. Since the Radiance workflow in OpenStudio is provided by measure, this won't really change with new OpenStudio versions, unfortunately.

Thanks for your answer, it´s a pity this tool has not been developed nowadays. I mean, the radiance tool in Openstudio because minimizing the number of software for different simulations it would be very useful.
