Stuck at "initializing solar calculation"
Hi, due to the relatively complex geometry setting, I used honeybee to generate an IDF file and tried to run the simulation on EnergyPlus. However, it keeps stuck at the "initializing solar calculation" stage and didn't proceed further. I would be much appreciated if someone could help. Thanks.

Are you sure it is stuck? How long have you waited? How many surfaces are in your model?
more than 3 hours. The building geometry itself is not complicated, just that I added some PV panels on a detached surface, that is about 1m away from the building façade.
When you remove the PV and detached surfaces, is it getting further?
