Initialize worker error

I am using OpenStudio 2.7.0, PAT Reporting measure - OpenStudio Results says cannot compute arguments, when i download Simulation Status says - completed fail Initialize worker error 5 errors Unfortunately im not able to post a screenshot as i dont have enough points

Please help!

how many cores do you have on your computer?

My Laptop is i3 so I'm guessing 2 Cores Other Specs in case needed - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5005U CPU @ 2.00GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB System Type 64-bit
