Getting "completed datapoint failure" when running PAT

I have not been able to get PAT to run. I've tried two different computers, I've upgraded to the latest download, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the computer, etc. I have tried both my own model and measures and an example model and measures. In all cases, I get a "completed datapoint failure" message. I'm new to PAT, so it's possible I'm doing something stupid, but I'm not sure how to go about trouble-shooting this problem. Oh--the model and measures run without errors in OpenStudio.

which version of PAT are you using? what error are you getting in the std log file with the datapoint? does your model run outside of PAT? does it run outside of PAT with the measures you are applying?

I am unable to find a version number for PAT--it's the version that downloaded with OpenStudio 2.7.0. I also tried the version that downloaded with OpenStudio 2.6.0.

I'm not sure what you mean by std log. (Is there a trouble-shooting guide that I've missed?) I see multiple log files, some of which are empty. Of the ones that do contain text, none appear to indicate an error. This is where I could use some help--where, specifically, do I look for the problem?

what happened when you ran your model and measures in just the OpenStudio app?

No issues with any of these files when running just in OpenStudio.

can you link to the model (just the .osm) and measures you are trying to run?

To reiterate my own solution (also in comments) neither project name nor project path can contain spaces. I saw a video warning about no spaces in the project name, but missed that the project path must also, apparently, not have spaces.

what do you mean by project path? what elements are included as project path?

The full computer path that indicates where your project resides on your computer. If the file is on your C drive, for example, the path would start with C:\
