Hello. I am using EnergyPlus. Is there a way to include energy storage (simple battery) without having on-site generation?

I want to install a battery in a building, purchase power from utility at off-peak times to charge the battery and discharge it during peak times. I am planning to use BCVTB with ePlus and MATLAB

Use ElectricLoadCenter:Storage:Converter. See example file LrgOff_GridStorageDemandLeveling and other LrgOff_GridStorage* examples.
