Where can I find baseline_model.rb
Anyone know where I can obtain the require 'lib/baseline_model' file as required to run many example measures found on GitHub?

where on Github? What example measures are you trying to run? One option is to run the 'Create DOE prototype building' measure on BCL to make a baseline model.
