Does E+ Simulate Greenhouse's Fog System?

I'm Modeling a greenhouse in E+ that has fog system which is used for cooling purpose and controlling humidity... Is there any way to model fog system? or Should I use humidifier instead of foging sys in order to adjust humidity?

I worked on something similar in the past, using the Zone:CoolTower:Shower object. The object was directly linked to the zone being cooled by the evaporative cooling system, and worked out pretty well. You can adjust the amount of water being introduced in the zone, according to the system size.

Rafael I want to use indoor air to add moisture to greenhouse. But Zone:CoolTower:Shower use outdoor air... In winter it will add cold are to zone and will increase heating load

Yes, that's true. In my case it was activated only during summer months, when windows are open, so it kind of made sense.

Maybe you could specify an air node with some sort of loop from indoor air, but it's beyond my understanding how would that work - Did you manage to solve it differently?

If Zone:CoolTower:Shower had outdoor air inlet node field, I would be able to change that node's characteristics by EMS according to indoor air characteristics but it hasn't. (CoolingTower:* has outdoor air node but Zone:CoolTower:Shower hasn't).

I've used Humidifier in order to add moisture but I must tweak down the energy that has been added by the humidifier. In this case I haven't made specific progress up to now.

To my best knowledge you can only use humidifier but you will have to tweak down the energy add by the humidifier since it is heating the water from tap water temperature to boiling temp. So if you use Humidifier:Steam:Gasand set the Thermal efficiency to 1 all the energy consumed by the humidifier will end up in the zone.

You will also have to account for the cooling affect of the water.

Maybe you can achieve that by adding a radiant cooling which will remove the needed amount of energy from the zone.

Probably you will need to use EMS to match the energy quantities at simulation time.
