simulation without cooling or heating equipment

I'm simulation a house without heating and cooling equipment, because i would like to compare the result of openstudio with experimental meditions of temperature and the house don't have equiments of cooling and heating. But the temperature inside is more down than temperature outside and i don't have any equiment of refrigeration. i don't understand why pass this, and other thing for add is that temperature air people is in cero, i don´t know why

From what i can tell the exterior temperature minimum is pretty high - this implies a lot of solar radiation as well. I advise you to check the wall U value (to much insulation keeps the "warmth" inside); the air infiltration; are your windows shaded?; double check if you have heat gains from equipment and people.

Hi, the orange graph represents the outside temperature and the blue graph represents the inside temperature, so the inside temperature is lower than the outside and i don't have any cooling equiment. I don't understand why pass this.... can you help me ?

In the case of ground coupled small to medium house, it might be that the default ground model is cooling down the house. You can start by changing the Site:GroundTemperature:BuildingSurface to the year average outside air temp which looks to me like 22 ish degrees Celsius.

If you further read in the above link to the Input Output Reference you will find that it is better to use the Slab or Basement program to calculate ground temperatures.

Without seeing the input file, the most likely explanation is bad ground temperatures beneath a slab floor. Check the values input for Site:GroundTemperature:BuildingSurface. NIght sky temperatures can also result in heat loss enough to bring the zone temperature below outdoor air temperature, but only in special cases with a weak roof, and this is not likely to draw the zone ~5C below the air temperature.
