E+ issue open but not addressed at all
Last October I opend an E+ issue regarding Water Source Summary anomaly. It seems to be ignored. Does that means that there is no interest in that matter or was I missing some thing in the issue opening procedure?

I don't think it's anything intentional. There are 655 open issues including a significant number from 3 and 4 years ago (just as there are 800+ unanswered questions on this site). You could try to update the discussion to float it to the top of the list, or contact the helpdesk. Or bring attention to it here as you are doing now.
I added the "defect" label so that they development team would see this as a bug that needs to be fixed.
