I think there may be a problem with the Surface Matching tool in OpenStudio 2.5.0. I was having problem getting the building I'm modeling to match, so I decided to really simplify things and try to duplicate the model in this video:

OpenStudio 1.3.0 New Features (Supply and Return Plenums)

My model still did not match correctly. Is this a known bug?
