daylight according to breeam

I have to study the daylight in a building according to the breeam manual. In this it is mentioned that I have to take into account only certain areas in the building. Does anybody know how I could select only a certain percentage of a surface or just some areas to be calculated in Design Builder?

In activity tab of each zone you can uchecked option "Include zone in daylighting calculations". Then this zone will be excluded from daylighting calculations.
