How can I run a simulation for 100 days

Can someone please tell the actual changes to be made in the idf file to simulate a model for x days? Given that the parameters like occupancy count is already available / stochastic-ally generated

You can change the length of simulation by editing the RunPeriod object. Pretty much the first thing you will see when you open an .idf file. You can edit the start and end day.
