Why model (.osm) only display framework in Sketchup

I edit the openstudio model in Sketchup. When I reopen the model, the model only display framework (not render problem) and the windows cannot be edited in the model. Any comments will be much appreciated!

I am also seeing such bug from time to time. Usually closing and reopening SketchUp will resolve the issue. In many cases when you reload the model after reopening SketchUp you will find errors in the model such as doubled surfaces which can't be drawn. In other cases the model will open OK.
