How can I simulate the performance of indirect evaporative cooling by using Energyplus?

I am confused what parameters should I enter. Is it any idf file can be followed?

Review the Example Files folder in your EnergyPlus installation (i.e. C:\EnergyPlusV8-7-0\ExampleFiles). There are two example files: DirectIndirectEvapCoolers.idf and DirectIndirectEvapCoolersVSAS.idf.
