We have installed (twice) openstudio 2.3 on a new windows computer, but it is not running:

• The app tries to start: The application starts with the message: "Loading model..." but then crashes
• Sketchup 2017 crashes when opening after the install of openstudio 2.3: it worked before the install and it works again after uninstall of openstudio.

Any Ideas? Thanks.
