the difference between "Cooling Coil Sensible Cooling Rate"and"Zone Predicted Sensible Load to Cooling Setpoint Heat Transfer Rate"

The module i used is HVAC Template:Zone:FanCoil .

I found there is a little difference between "Cooling Coil Sensible Cooling Rate" and "Zone Predicted Sensible Load to Cooling Setpoint Heat Transfer Rate".

What is the difference between these two?

The zone predicted sensible load tells you how much energy is needed to meet the thermostat set point temperature. The cooling coil sensible cooling rate tells you how much energy the coil transferred to the air, which also include fan heat and outdoor air load, if any. See if the fan heat accounts for the difference.

So ,the zone predicted sensible load doesn't include outdoor air sensible load right? The fan heat load is quite little normally, i guess the main difference comes from outdoor air sensible load.
