VAV system with constant air flow rate(EnergyPlus)

Hi! now i am running a VAV system with EnergyPlus.

i just found that the supply air is supplied in same flow rate constantly specially in summer.

but it is weird that air supply flow rate changes variably in winter and spring

what in this case, objects should i check for variable flow rates?

Could you provide more information on your system such as air handler objects and terminal unit types, and any schedules related to your fan objects?
