Can't load OpenStudio plugin in google Sketchup 8

I have just installed open studio 2.3.0 and there's already google sketch up 8 in my computer. When I open google sketchup 8, there's information switch between the new and legacy versions of the plugin in using. 'Plugin -> select openstudio version (Because I already installed legacy open studio plugin). But, when I select plugin there's no any openstudio studio version there.

Please advice, is there any solution to load open studio 2.3.0 plugin in google sketchup ?

Can Trimble Sketchup 2018 be used with any version of Openstudio?

UPDATE: I had to manually copy the plugin into the Sketchup Directory. Got it to work once I did that.

You MUST use Trimble Sketchup 2017 with OpenStudio 2.3.0.
