I used the spreadsheet, located in the energy plus installation folder, to calculate the curve coefficients (quadratic, cubic, bi-quadratic). the calculation I'm trying to accomplish in winter with heating. Not knowing what values to put in rated date, I used values in performance data, as explained in the instructions. by doing two different attempts I noticed significant differences, even in the order of 30%.
