Dview bug in displaying results from short time periods

Hi,

I was trying to simulate indoor conditions for two months (June and July), using the Date Range definitions on the Simulation Settings tab. The input is translated correctly into the resulting idf file, where the time period is accurately set to begin on 1 June and end on 31 July. The simulation run was successful, and the error file has no indication to any problem. Nevertheless, while trying to view the results on Dview, the results show as if the simulation was taken place during the first 61 days of the year, i.e. from 1 January to 2 March. The calculated values, though, do reflect the input weather conditions for June and July, not January and February.

It looks like a bug in the translation of the simulation period from OS to Dview. Is there a fix coming soon?

Tnx,

OA

Hi, I know that this was a while ago, but I am experiencing a similar issue. DView shows my model's electricity consumption just fine, from start to finish (365 days). When I select outdoor weather variables, only a single day is displayed, rather than all 365 days.

As far as I know, you are the first person to report this. I added the bug so that the developers will know about it.

Here's a plot of a heat map showing results from June-July as if they belong to January-February.
