Electric Process Watts for a Gymnasium
I'm modeling a gym (newly outfitted with new stuff). Appx. 2,500 s.f.
I'm stuck on what number to use for electric wattage (process). It'll be more manual gear-intensive (like CrossFit) rather than heavy on plugged-in equipment - treadmills, etc. Though there will probably be some of that.
'Thoughts? Where might I find this? Or an informed estimate?

You could look at the Fitness room from the Small Hotel Prototype for some guidance, but it may be lot different load density than yours because it is smaller, and may be outfitted with different exercise equipment mix, but might find useful data in how they came up with their value. Don't forget about TV's if they will be installed around the gym.
