How do I manually model the reference building per Ashrae 90.1?

Trying to learn energy modelling by myself. I've gotten to the point where I can simulate proposed buildings. But I cannot figure out how to model the compliance reference building per ASHRAE 90.1 in Equest for the life of me. Probably too big of a question but any guidance would be really appreciated :) Thanks!

Odd answering my own question but this might help some others:

A really awesome person told me to go to the LEED online website and get the latest spreadsheet for EAp2, Section 1.4 tables for minimum energy performance. Its a really great template to help you get started in modelling reference buildings! Give it a shot, hope it helps you like its helped me :)
