Our project does not have a weather file (EPW - Whistler, Canada) so we are using one from Vancouver which is 120 km south. It is a different climate zone but we are doing a solar study and have geolocated our SU model in Whistler.

When Os E+ is running the simulation, is it using the sun location from the geo-location or the EPW file?
